Profile

Name: Paul Guschlbauer
Born: 25.12.1983 in Graz, Austria
Current Residence: Hallein, Austria
My Job: Pilot, Athlete, Systemischer Coach (LSB i.A.)

My Hobbies: Traveling, Photography, Climbing, Ski Mountaineering, Mountainbiking, Cross-Country Skiing, Slacklining,...

My life so far: It was my father who motivated me for sports and especially for mountainbiking at a very early stage in my life. With 13 years I had participated and won my first mountain bike competitions and from this time forward I followed a more intense and structured training plan.

After graduating from highschool I started my studies at the Technical University of Graz and redefined my motivation in sports. Travelling and different stays abroad moved me away from my original sport, closer to mountaineering, climbing and finally to paragliding.

An article about Red Bull X-Alps confirmed my impression about the incredible opportunities this sport would provide and just a week later I already had completed the basic paragliding course in Graz.

Ever since my motivation for paragliding is growing from day to day and new challenges keep opening up. Meanwhile I was able to turn my passion into my profession. A practical side effect of this was, that I could/had to finally move into the mountains and can pursue all my passions directly from my "backyard"...

My Goal: My goal is to inspire you with my adventures! It's possible to achieve your goals- don't stop chasing your dreams!
